Tuful bint Ramadan Awadh Bimkhalef was a distinguished Oman silversmith renowned for her exceptional craftsmanship and contributions to preserving and revitalizing Oman's silversmithing heritage. Oman is on the southeast coast of the Arabian peninsula in West Asia. Operating her workshop in Taqah for nearly six decades, she mastered intricate silver designs traditionally crafted by men, learning the trade from her brother-in-law after marrying into a family of silversmiths. Following her husband's passing in her mid-twenties, Tuful supported her three sons through silversmithing, earning accolades for her dedication and skill.

In recognition of her legacy, the British Museum featured Tuful's work in the exhibition "Making Their Mark: Women Silversmiths from Oman" from October 19 to December 17, 2023.
