David Wolfin

Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd.

David Wolfin is the President, CEO, and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd., listed on the NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. With over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in North America, he has been instrumental in advancing the company's interests, particularly the Avino property in Durango, Mexico. Under his leadership, Avino transitioned from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001, with a market capitalization of $0.8 million, to achieving 100% ownership in 2006 and commencing commercial production in 2012. The company has since grown to employ between 300 and 500 personnel, with its market capitalization reaching $250 million.

Mr. Wolfin's early career involved hands-on roles in mining operations across Mexico and Nevada. He also gained experience in the finance sector on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange during the 1980s, working with Pacific International and Continental Carlyle Douglas Securities firms. He studied business and geology at Colorado State University and Simon Fraser University.

In addition to his role at Avino, Mr. Wolfin has managed the Oniva International Services Group for several years. This group includes companies such as Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (where he served as former CEO, President, and Director), Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (former CEO, President, and Director), and Levon Resources Ltd. (former Director). He currently serves as Chairman and Director of Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd..
